The U.S. Embassy in Belgrade will hold an industry day for construction firms interested in competing on U.S. Embassy construction projects at 14:30 on March 29, 2018 at the Embassy. The goal is to provide contractors an opportunity to come to the Embassy and meet with key Embassy acquisition officials, learn about working with the Embassy, and to present their firm’s capabilities. There will also be a questions and answers session.

Participants will meet at the main entrance of the U.S. Embassy, Bul. Kneza A. Karadjordjevica 92, Belgrade. In order to be admitted to the Industry Day, you must submit an Industry Day Registration form to BLG-Procurement@state.gov to the attention of Ms. Sana Knezevic, by close of business on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Registration Forms will not be accepted after this date.
No more than 2 persons will be admitted from each company, although the Embassy may limit attendance to 1 person due to limited seating capacity in which case you will be notified. All visitors must contact the above US Government representative and register for the Industry Day in advance. Upon arrival at the Embassy, company representatives must present matching photo identification in order to be allowed access. Please note that the Embassy does not permit any computers, cameras, cell phones or other electronic equipment to be brought into the building. Anyone attempting to attend the Industry Day conference without prior notification will be denied entry.
Attendees should submit written questions at least three days before the Industry Day.
Attendees may also bring written questions to the Industry Day. If the answer requires research, there is no guarantee that the question will be answered at that conference, but answers will be posted on the Embassy web page.
