John Ginkel Joins U.S. Embassy Belgrade as Its New Deputy Chief of Mission

Mr. Ginkel started his assignment in Belgrade following service as Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Embassy in Dushanbe, Tajikistan (2019-2021).
