You must apply in person at the Embassy. All payments are made at the Consular section of the U.S. Embassy at the time of your appointment in U.S. dollars, Serbian dinars, or with major credit cards.

If you have an emergency need for passport services outside of these hours, please contact us to set up a special appointment. We cannot issue passports outside of working hours.
If your U.S. passport is lost or stolen, you should report the theft to local police and notify the Embassy. If you have travel plans in the next 10 days, please call the Embassy at +381-11-706-4000 to make an appointment to apply for a new passport. If you do not have immediate travel plans, please make an appointment online to replace your passport. Please bring a copy of the police report with you when you visit the Embassy, as well as the documents, forms, and fees listed below.
