The citizens’ initiative “Let’s Not Drown Belgrade” will hold a protest on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. in front of the Belgrade City Assembly located at Dragoslava Jovanovica Street and Nikola Pasic Square. According to organizers, the group will protest the 2016 demolition of buildings in Savamala.

Even demonstrations intended to be peaceful can turn confrontational and escalate into violence. You should avoid areas of demonstrations, and exercise caution if in the vicinity of any large gatherings, protests, or demonstrations.
