Event: Soccer clubs Partizan and Red Star will play on Sunday, March 1, 2020 at 6:00 PM, at Red Star stadium. This is a high risk event because of animosity between hooligans affiliated with both teams, and frequent clashes between them in and around the stadium.  Expect traffic congestion and enhanced police presence in the area and around the city.
