Consular officers can act as notaries public for documents that will be used in the United States. They can take affidavits, authenticate signatures, and certify photocopies of official documents. The fee for notarial service (seal and signature) is US $50, payable in U.S. dollars, Serbian dinar, or with a major credit card, payable at the consular section at the time of your appointment.
If you need a notarial service, please schedule an appointment. Bring your document, passport, or another form of photo identification.
Please note that consular officers are not authorized to help with the preparation of legal documents or offer legal advice.
